Celebrating Halloween might be all about the sweet treats but this recipe for savory black witch\u2019s hair pasta will make for a delicious and unique Halloween dinner. This easy recipe only takes 15 minutes that will impress the whole family and your kids will be amazed.<\/p>\n

Cooking Equipment:<\/strong>
Chopping Knife
2 Large Pan
Measuring Cups<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
6 large Garlic Cloves
Garlic Oil
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. Salt
1\/3 cup Olive Oil
1 lb. Dried Squid Ink Spaghetti (for alternative use Regular Spaghetti and Squid Ink or Black Food Dye)<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/strong>
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bring a large pan of water to a boil, add the salt and cook the pasta following the instruction on the package. (For the alternative method cook the regular spaghetti and add squid ink or black food dye).
2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the garlic and olive oil in a separate large pan.
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Cook the paste over low heat for 4 minutes, stirring frequently, then add the red pepper flakes (if you choose) and cook for 30 more seconds.
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0With a measuring cup, remove \u00bd cup of pasta cooking water and carefully add to the garlic and olive oil mixture in a separate pan.
5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Place the second large pan on the stovetop at medium-high heat, then let simmer until the pasta is ready to drain.
6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Before draining the pasta, measure one cup of pasta cooking water and set it aside.
7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Drain the pasta using a colander.
8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Add the cooked pasta to the garlic mixture on a simmer, stirring well to combine over high heat.
9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Add the reserved pasta cooking water if needed to prevent it from sticking together.
